Conwy Touring Park now has a workshop on site for servicing touring caravans from the North Wales area, or for dealing with any problems you may experience with your touring caravan whilst at the park. Use our Online Servicing Enquiry form?

Touring Caravan Servicing Available

Tyre Supply and Fitting Service
Price on application.
Labour charge will be at the normal hourly rate of £32.00 per hour +VAT

Cleaning: £45.00 +VAT
Includes washing all sides plus roof.

Winter Drain Down Service: £35.00 +VAT
The above service will greatly reduce the risk of frost and freezing damage.

CHASSIS & BRAKE SERVICE & EXTERIOR LIGHTING:
Single Axle £68.00 +VAT
Twin Axle £78.00 +VAT
Includes handbrake, hitch and towing mechanism, brake and linkages and corner steadies. Visual check of tyres and Gas fire pipes for signs of degeneration. Also includes brake drums and damper assembly for roadworthiness and operation of exterior road lights.

FULL SERVICE
Single Axle: £138.00 +VAT
Twin Axle: £158.00 +VAT
Consists of Chassis and brake service and exterior lighting (as detailed above) and an Electrics and Gas equipment check (as detailed above) and Damp report (as detailed above).

CALL OUT
£32.00 +VAT
If the touring caravan is on Conwy Touring Park: Call Out Fees include arrival to pitch on Conwy Touring Park and the first fifteen minutes advice or remedial work. Additional time will be charged at £28.00 per hour or £7.50 per 15 minutes payable on completion of work. The touring caravan servicing is undertaken in our workshop facility. If your touring caravan is on Conwy Touring Park, we will tow it to the workshop free of charge. We find this keeps costs to the customer to a minimum, rather than incurring a call-out charge.

CALL OUT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Call Out Fees onto Conwy Touring Park include arrival to pitch and the first 15 minutes advice or remedial work.

Additional time will be charged at £32.00 per hour or £8.00 per 15 minutes payable on completion of work.

We are able to have your touring caravan towed to Conwy Touring Park for servicing at our workshop. If you require this service, please ask for a quote.

Following an independent inspection and assessment, our workshop has been awarded certification under the National Caravan Council Approved Workshop Scheme.
This scheme is recognised as a benchmark for the industry and demands high standards of both quality and service. Both the Caravan Club and the Camping and Caravan Club are fully behind this scheme and its aim is to set high standards for the industry as a whole.
